Premium Wash
$2.45/LB
Everyday laundry washed in soft water with Ecos® Free & Clear laundry detergent (plant-powered hypoallergenic formula) plus natural enzymes and Ecos® OxoBrite®. Dried on medium heat and prepared per your order. Pickup and delivery is included!
Comforters & Large Items
$30/EA
Comforters, jackets, and other large items requiring a separate wash cycle. When scheduling your pickup, you'll simply select Premium Wash. We'll automatically add $30 for each large item picked up in your order.

FAQ's
1. Schedule a pickup by clicking SCHEDULE PICKUP on this page. Fill out the requested information and select a pickup time. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's complete. Information will be saved for future use.
2. Place your laundry outside your front door before the start of your pickup window (or designated pickup location). You can use a hamper, trash liner, or bag of your choice. If you use a hamper, we'll transfer your laundry and leave the hamper behind. Most people just use trash bags but we do have laundry bags available for purchase.
3. We'll calculate your total by weighing your laundry. We'll update your order and send you a notification of your new total. We automatically add $30 for every large item we pick up that requires a separate wash cycle (e.g. comforters).
4. After it's processed, your laundry will be prepared, packaged, and returned to your pickup site. Your payment on file will be automatically charged and you'll receive a notification of your delivery. Most orders have a 24-hour turnaround time.
You can use a hamper, trash liner, or bag of your choice. If you use a hamper, we'll transfer your laundry and leave the hamper behind. Most people just use trash bags but we do have laundry bags available for purchase. Your folded laundry will be returned in clear poly bags.
We use softened water with every load to prolong the life of your clothes. Soft water provides a superior wash and leaves clothes feeling softer, looking better, and lasting longer by removing the harsh minerals that weaken fibers and leave clothes stiff and dingy.
Our detergent of choice is Ecos® Free & Clear, a plant-powered formula that's readily biodegradable and gentle on your clothes and skin. Natural enzymes and OxoBrite® to target soil, bodily fluids, food stains, and more. While this provides a boost, we do NOT look for or pre-treat any stains.
An average hamper (or 13-gallon trash bag) weights about 10-15 pounds.
Yes! You’ll select your preferences for shirts and pants when you sign up. Be sure to include your hangers with your laundry. We do not provide them.
You don’t need to be! Just have your laundry ready for pickup by your selected time. You'll receive a notification when your laundry is being returned to your doorstep. Most orders are returned in 24 hours.

Please do include suits or otherwise delicate items that you would not typically put in a household washing machine. Our service is made for everyday laundry.
We are a 100% pickup and delivery laundry service (not a laundromat). When you schedule a pickup online, you’re selecting a specific time slot. Deliveries typically have a 24-hour turnaround time.
Pricing is by the pound and based on everyday clothing items such as shirts, pants, underwear, socks, etc. We'll automatically add $30 for every large item picked up that requires a separate wash cycle (e.g., comforters). We don’t take laundry that’s unsafe to handle or that could damage equipment. This includes (but is not limited to) biohazard material such as feces, blood, or vomit beyond traces normally found in household laundry, grease, concrete, and excessive pet hair.
Please DO NOT include expensive, irreplaceable, or otherwise delicate items that you would not typically put in a household washing machine. Our service is made for everyday laundry.
We’ll wash your laundry how it’s picked up. Clothing in bags will stay together. Be sure to sort any items you want washed separately. You can also leave notes on your order. Once washed, we’ll package like-items with each other.
